In my previous post, I gave out a solution that configures MiKTeX 2.5 and TeXnicCenter. However, there will be some tiny problems if you follow that guide.
Ghostscript is recommended to install first. When TeXnicCenter ask you to pick up a PDF viewer, don't leave or make it blank, specify the PDF viewer.
